Inputs That Produce Output

Not all products or services will be a hit, but that doesn’t mean the ingredients or the process is to blame or should be forgotten.

In fact, with any new product or service launch, one of the post processes should be to review each ingredient or inputs that went into producing the output which in this case could be a new product, service, or even a project.

Look for what worked well, and reuse those with each future product, service, or project. Maybe it was an amazing team full of top-notch engineers, a great idea that was managed and executed well, or some really innovative technology was put into practice.
